All MY FAMILY products are 24 months warranted for defects on conformity under the Legislative Decree no. 206/05. To make use of the warranty, the customer shall keep the invoice (or the Transport Document) that he will receive by email in an electronic PDF format.
MYFAMILY allows to return goods, even without any reasons, within 30 days from our goods postal shipment. Engraved tags can't be returned. Contact us and you will receive the return authorization and directions on how to proceed. As soon as we receive goods, we will refund the full price paid for what we have been returned; shipping costs with ordinary post are at your own expense. We will refund the full price including shipping costs with ordinary post if the return is caused by our mistake. Products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and must be accompanied by all the annexed guarantee certificates. If returned products do not respect the conditions above, the amount paid for your order will be returned but with a 10% less for restocking costs. If a returned product has been modified or repaired by third parties MYFAMILY can't accept your return and it will be sent to you at your own expenses.
We always have MYFAMILY products on stock and they are dispatched within 48 hours from the receiving of your payment. Shipment takes place through traced italian postal services. We may not be held responsible for any loss of parcels.
