If you buy on MyFamily, you can choose  the payment option you prefer:

Warranty
All MyFamily products are 24 months warranted for defects on conformity under the Legislative Decree no. 206/05. To make use of the warranty, the customer shall keep the invoice (or the Transport Document) that he will receive by email in an electronic PDF format.

 

Returns Procedure and Terms
Every customer has the right to return his products within 15 days of delivery. Following conditions must be respected.
In order to take advantage of the rights under this policy, customers have to write an email to MyFamily using the following address:customerservice@myfamily.it, specifying the intention and filling and attaching the return form (click here).

MyFamily undertakes to refund the paid amount as soon as possible following the day we receive the returned products, provided that:
• The returned products are unused, in their original intact packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
• The returned products do not have signs of wear or damage.
In accordance with Section 59, letters c) and d) of the Italian Consumer Code, customers cannot exercise the withdrawal right for tailored-made or customized products.
MyFamily reserves the right to refuse the return at its discretion, for those products that will not be in compliance with requirements indicated above.
In case the return has been caused by our mistake, the paid price will be refunded, including the shipping cost.

 

Refund
As soon as our staff receives and checks the returned products, we will proceed refund.
The amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
Please note that:
• The refund will be made with the same payment method used at the purchase.
• The refund will be made using the same currency used for the payment.
• The amount will be accredited on the same current account used for the payment.
• If the purchase has been made with a coupon, another coupon of the same amount of the order will be created.
• Processing time to get the refund can vary depending on the payment method and on the bank. 

 

Shipment
We always have MyFamily products on stock and they are dispatched within 48 hours from the receiving of your payment.
Shipment takes place through traced italian postal services.
